Monitor Stored Transaction Deployment Triggers

Statement of Requirement

Deployers MUST implement monitoring of triggers to deploy Stored transactions

Applicability

• Deployers that enable delayed deployment of Stored Transactions

Purpose

Ensure Stored Transactions are deployed in a timely manner, once the deployment conditions are met.

Audit Procedure

If Stored Transactions are supported, trigger deployment conditions and verify that:

• the triggering conditions are satisfied;
• deployment occurs as configured; and
• audit logs accurately record the triggering event and resulting deployment.

Success Criteria

Deployment of Stored Transactions meets all the logging requirements for Deployers:

• Log All Delivery Attempts
• Log Deployment

Failure Criteria

• Stored transactions are not deployed when the triggering conditions for deployment are met
• Stored Transactions do not generate accurate or sufficient logs when deployed
