Deployers SHOULD monitor delivery latency and time to execution, and emit an alert when transactions are not executed within defined thresholds.
Ensure that occurrences of anomalous deployment or transactions failing to be executed according to expectations can be tracked, so appropriate remedial action can be taken, such as adjusting policies for Gas/fees to ensure faster (or slower) execution.
Verify that the Deployer provides a report when transactions are not executed within the configured expectations.
The Deployer emits an alert when transactions are not executed within the configured expectations
There is no report of transactions failing to execute within specified expectations
This is an important if not strictly necessary feature, and justification for not meeting this requirement needs to be explicit.
