Attach Vital Metadata

Statement of Requirement

Producers MUST attach a canonical metadata envelope, cryptographically bound to the transaction that includes the explicit inputs, the unsigned transaction bytes, and the intent, sufficient to deterministically reconstruct the transaction (see No Hidden Defaults).

Success Criteria

The Producer provides the required metadata in a documented canonical form.

Failure Criteria

• There is insufficient metadata provided with the transaction bytecode to verify the transaction's integrity
• Required metadata is missing
